$31k - $42k (base + performane bonus)

Description of the Position:
This is an entry level position in supporting clients accounts and the account management and production team that services them with the potential to lead to an account management role..
Responsibilities include taking part all aspects of client relationships as well as individual projects:
- initial kick-off and consulting
- assembling a project team
- participating in concept development
- assisting with the drafting of project specifications
- handling client requests and coordinating those with the project team
- scheduling milestones (e.g., reviews) with clients and the project team
- participating in quality assurance.
- post-project support for hosting control panels, content management software
- content migration for client web sites or brochures
- resolving clients' questions or concerns related to their hosting accounts
You will work primarily with a project manager as well as the sales manager, but may also interact with individual designers. Additional responsibilities may include business development and solutions consulting, depending on your level of familiarity and expertise with interactive technologies and sales.

Benefits and Salary Range:
Starting Base Salary: $30,000 - $35,000
Benefits: Health care coverage, 401K/IRA, performance bonuses
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited 4 year university program
- Marketing, customer service, or account management internships or work experience in web design, graphic design, print design, software development, or search engine marketing
- Some familiarity with web design technologies: Photoshop, HTML, CSS, content management solutions, e-commerce solutions
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, to find answer to questions that you don’t know
- Professional appearance
- Permission to work in the US
