In recognition for its 3D and Flash animation work for the Devoted DVD web site, Polar Design earned a 2005 WebAward from the Web Marketing Association (WMA).

Founded in 1997, the WMA has given these awards each year for the past 9 years.  Over 1,000 agencies from dozens of countries competed in 2005.  The competition is judged by volunteers and is intended to recognize excellence in web site design and marketing.

Polar Design produced and co-concieved the Devoted DVD web site with Abdul Al-Romaizan.  The site features painstakingly storyboarded animations, e-commerce functionality, extensive interactive features and a relevant design theme that come together to attract participants in this little-known sport to learn more about its legacy. 

The project additionally involved a complete marketing campaign, from poster design, to trade show booth design and large format printing, demonstrating Polar Design's ability to conceive and orchestrate substantial marketing efforts such as this and offer clients turn-key execution.
